We are now looking for a receptionist for our clinic in Nöbbelöv, Lund for a fixed-term employment.

Here, you will be welcomed by 15 dedicated, experienced, and knowledgeable colleagues in our fresh and pleasant clinic. At the clinic, we work together with daily knowledge and experience exchange where we have the opportunity to develop in all treatment areas and teamwork. You can easily reach us by bus, train, or car. The clinic is in fusion with the clinic at Fäladstorget, both located in northern Lund and sharing a clinic manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a receptionist at Folktandvården Skåne, your most important task is to create a welcoming atmosphere at the clinic. You are our face to the outside world, and together with your colleagues, you provide our customers and patients with the best possible service.

The reception is the hub of the clinic, and as a key person in daily operations, you are always at the center of events. A good reception is an important part of your work in creating security and participation. Thus, you are part of our focus on patient safety and quality in dental care.

Your tasks include, among others:

• telephone and appointment booking
• billing, cash handling, and invoicing
• referral management
• follow-up of control reports
• management of dental care agreements
• sales of oral hygiene products.

If you are a trained dental nurse, you can assist and work with dental nurse tasks as needed.

Overall, we offer a varied job that provides you with knowledge exchange with experienced colleagues. Together, we continuously work to improve the operation, and you have good opportunities for further development and engagement in issues that are important to you. As a new employee, you will participate in our introduction program, including network meetings and training.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and experience working in a reception. You are a good communicator who speaks and writes Swedish fluently, and you also have good knowledge of English. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and are accustomed to working in various administrative systems. We offer training in the journal system Alfa eCare Clinics.
